Wp Sticky

Well, I like the idea of Wordpress post sticked to the front page, regardless of the new one coming.
That makes WP blog more static, better for many presentations.
The idea is implemented in plug-in WP Sticky, where in current version the post 'announcement' stays atop of a blog,
and 'sticky posts' as first, only within the posts published at the same date.
