Lets digg altogether now

In his post on Digital Point forum Loskas mentioned the new competition
organized by Blackhat world. In the first tenth there are social places
and, what surprises me - the Digg entry.
What is a bit funny, that a tag page that points to a site is higher that the site itself.
I have seen that the tag pages are changing, but the domain digg is still high in SERPs.
One tag is particular interesting for me with the entry for Blackhatworld Rocks.
