A little help for a squidoo lens

This post is a test. I do not know the reason, but the lens about Krakow disappeared from Big G.
So I try to reanimate it.I think in my next post I am going to write about bounce rate.
Some of my sites rank well, and got to the first page.
But, I guess people have to stay on the site long enough to sustain the position.
